Public Announcement: Award Procedure under the Regulation on Sub-Threshold Procurement (UVgO) for a Consultancy Project in Afghanistan.

ideas into energy (Albrechtstraße 22; 10117 Berlin; Germany) awarded a work package for consulting the Renewable Energy Union of Afghanistan (AREU) and for the development, implementation, and dissemination of a quality seal for PV installations (“PV Passport”) to the German Solar Association (BSW) (EUREF-Campus 16, 10829 Berlin) as part of a grant project funded by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. The project ran from January 25, 2021, to November 30, 2021. The tasks included in the awarded work package also encompassed policy advice, lobbying, and organizational development for AREU.

This tender was conducted as a negotiated procedure with a limited invitation to tender and without a call for competition. Therefore, ideas into energy informs the public about the final award in accordance with §30 UVgO.
